Dwelling- Where you live.

Coinsurance - For homeowners coverage this references a clause sometimes present that requires the homeowner to maintain a minimum amount of coverage equal to a specified percent of their property's replacement value.

Deductible- The amount the homeowner is responsible for before the insurance begins to pay for a covered loss. Generally expressed as a percentage of the total amount of coverage for the dwelling.

Replacement Cost- The cost to replace your damaged property.

Actual Cash Value- Replacement cost minus decreased value over time (depreciation) that the insurance would pay for damaged property.
